Tailor your Paediatric Course

The Paediatric course can be specifically tailored to your unique operating environment. Please speak to us to discuss your requirements further. Some examples of popular options that we offer are as follows:

The Paediatric course can be adapted to train those within the family environment. This training is sensitive to the legal and emotional issues of dealing with little casualties which are often misunderstood. The sessions provide in depth amounts of practical experience and will develop a reliable skill base that in turn provides the motivation and capability of treating children from birth to adults. It focuses on day to day illness and injury and how to treat them, usually held over four to six hours and awards a family first aid certificate.

The Level 3 QCF Paediatric Two Day qualification can be chosen in conjunction with that of AED (Defibrillator) training for those workplaces who have, or intend to have an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on site. The EFAW course occurs much as normal, with our instructors then including the relevant knowledge and skills to enable the participants to confidently demonstrate correct use of an AED within a resuscitation scenario. The benefit of tying these courses together when booking means you save time spent in training and money – our clients usually find it creates a better, more focused educational experience for their team.
